Terms of Service.

By installing, accessing, or using Nexsleep AI (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds are governed by the rules of the platform you purchased through (Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe).
• Prices may change with 30 days notice for new billing cycles.
• Promotional offers (e.g., free trials) are limited to first-time subscribers.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service.
• Use the Service to harm others or violate any law.
• Resell access or use the Service for non-personal purposes without our written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.

The Service, including its design, source code, models, and content, is owned by Nexsleep AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal purposes.

Nexsleep AI is a wellness tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns. Never disregard medical advice because of something you read in the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexsleep AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if continued service becomes commercially unreasonable, with reasonable notice where possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, India, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app at least 14 days in advance.
