Welcome to Nexsleep AI (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are obsessed with your sleep — not your data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Nexsleep AI mobile app and website (the “Service”), how we use it, and the controls you have.

By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

We collect only what we need to deliver a personalised sleep coach:

• Account info: name, email, date of birth, time zone.
• Sleep & health data: sleep stages, heart rate, HRV, movement, and other signals you sync from Apple Health, Oura, Whoop, Fitbit, Garmin, Samsung Health, Polar, or Withings.
• Device & usage data: device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, anonymised usage events.
• Payment data: handled by Apple, Google, or Stripe — we never see your full card number.
• Communications: emails or chat messages you send us.

We use your data to:

• Calculate your sleep debt and circadian energy schedule.
• Personalise habit recommendations and nudges.
• Improve our algorithms (in aggregate, never tied to your identity).
• Provide customer support, send important service updates, and detect fraud.

We never sell your data. We do not run ads. Period.

We share data only with trusted processors who help us run the Service:

• Cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS) for secure storage.
• Analytics processors using anonymised event data.
• Payment processors (Apple, Google, Stripe).
• Law enforcement when legally required and only as required.

All processors are bound by data-protection agreements.

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted to a small number of vetted engineers and is fully logged. Health data stays on your device unless you opt in to cloud sync.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct or update inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and all associated data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.

Nexsleep AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We are headquartered in India and may transfer data to servers in other regions for processing. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards where required by law.

If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. The latest version is always available on this page.
