DMCA & Copyright Policy.

This DMCA Policy explains how to file a notification of claimed copyright infringement (a “DMCA notice”) under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and equivalent international laws. We respond to clear and complete notices promptly.

To file a valid notice, send an email to our Designated Agent containing all of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the material on our Service you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URLs, screenshots, etc.).
4. Your full name, address, phone number, and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

Incomplete notices may delay our response or invalidate your claim.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. It must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court in India and the United States.

We will forward your counter-notification to the original complainant. The disputed material may be restored 10–14 business days later unless the complainant files a court action.

In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may be liable for damages. Please be sure of your claim before submitting.
